Bring kids? Works — the cook-it-yourself format is interactive and easy to share.
Under $20? Doable. It's a sit-down, shareable meal; easy to keep reasonable or build up.
Hot pot is an uncommon find in the area, and Uniboil does it well — conveniently downtown, upstairs in the E Street Mansion Square.
Pick a broth, choose your proteins and vegetables, and cook it yourself at the table. It's interactive, shareable, and endlessly customizable.
Order at the table by QR code and build your dip at the sauce station. Six broths (numbing spicy, spicy, tom yum, tomato, satay, chicken) with Certified Angus beef, lamb, Kurobuta pork, or seafood — and notably every broth can be made vegetarian, which is rare for hot pot. Not feeling a full pot? Get the "Noodles on Fire."
